Wales is a country which is part of \"warehouse<\/a>the United Kingdom. Wales has over 746
\nmiles of coastline, including it’s offshore islands; the largest, Anglesey,\u00a0 which is also the largest island in the Irish Sea.<\/span><\/p>\n

Generally mountainous, its highest mountains are in the north and central areas, especially in Snowdonia, which contains Snowdon, it’s highest peak.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over the last 250 years, Wales has been transformed first from a predominantly agricultural country to an industrial, and now a post -industrial economy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Warehousing in Wales is extremely competitive, with pallet storage <\/span>rates being well worth a consideration if this area of the UK is workable for your company. With great transport links to parts of England, in particular London, Wales provides many warehouses offering warehouse space and fulfilment services such as pick and pack, rework and distribution for your commercial goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

The main road artery linking cities and other settlements along the south Wales coast is the M4 motorway. It also provides a link to England and eventually, London. The Welsh section of the motorway, managed by the Welsh Assembly Government, runs from the Second Severn Crossing to Pont Abraham, Carmarthenshire, connecting the cities of Cardiff, Newport and Swansea. In north Wales the A55 expressway performs a similar role along the north Wales coast providing connections between Hoyhead and Bangor, and Wrexham and Flintshire. It also links to England, principally Chester. The main north-south Wales link is the A470, which runs from Cardiff to Llandudno.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wales is served by four commercial ferry ports. Regular ferry services to Ireland operate from Holyhead, Pembroke and Fishguard. The Swansea to Cork service, cancelled in 2006, was reinstated in March 2010.<\/span><\/p>\n
