What
are the Prize Draw rules?
The rules apply to all the prize draws that appear
on the whichwarehouse website. In addition to these
rules there may be special terms & conditions
which are relevant to individual prize draws, which
will appear as a link on the relevant prize draw.

Entry is only open to anyone aged 18 or over

Entry
excludes employees (and their families) of The Warehouse
Portal, their agents and anybody professionally
connected with the free prize draw

Last
date for receipt of entries is 5pm, on the last
day of the Prize Draw month ( i.e. December 2003
Prize Draw closing date would be 31 December 2003)

The prize draw will be made on the first day of
the second month following the Prize Draw month
( i.e. The draw for December 2003 Prize will take
place on 1 February 2004) by an independent person.

Winners will be notified within 72 hours, except
where stated in the individual prize draw that special
terms and conditions apply

Winners
of major prizes may be required to take part in
further promotional activities

Prizes
must be claimed within 60 days of each draw. Prizes
not claimed will be withdrawn

prizes are subject to availability should and, any
prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or
specification will be substituted

decision of The Warehouse Portal Ltd in all matters
under its control is final and binding
