In 2015 Diamond Logistics enlisted the services of Whichwarehouse to assist with the growth of their new fulfilment service. Together with the loyal advertisers who have been with us for several years, the inclusion of Diamond Logistics brings the Whichwarehouse network to an extensive number of facilities available.

Diamond Logistics was the fastest growing courier company in the UK in 2014. As a result of their membership of Whichwarehouse, it has already seen a number of successful introductions to major contracts across their rapidly expanding business, now up to 25 sites nationally. The introductions have assisted the storage element of their business and helped to offer local businesses with local storage and fulfilment services nationwide.

We spoke to Ali Dolphin, Marketing Manager of Diamond Logistics, to find out about Diamond’s growth and how it’s unique online and fulfilment solution caters for online retailers.

Ali says; – “Established in 1992, as a boutique same-day business, Diamond Logistics Guildford had grown to become the preferred courier of choice for local clients in Surrey and West Sussex. The service profile includes Same-Day, Overnight and International and remote storage solutions. Today, the franchise network has grown to 25 sites across multiple locations territories’ including Bournemouth, Blackburn and Basildon.

To cater for the fulfilment of orders for their ecommerce customers, such as online retailers and eBay Powersellers, Diamond offer a warehouse management system, named “Actual Warehouse”, through which Diamond Logistics are able to provide bespoke warehousing software to their clients so they can check and manage their stock throughout multiple locations.  The software seamlessly integrates with online ordering systems and allows for Diamond Logistics to pick, pack and despatch goods destined for multiple locations including domestic and international meaning Diamond can take full control of their order process.”
